All Sales are Final: Once an order has been processed and shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including: (a) Change of mind (b) Incorrect size or colour selection (c) Unwanted gifts. We encourage you to review our size guides and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has moved to the fulfilment stage, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
4. Damaged or Defective Items: All products are inspected before being shipped. Please contact us at napsandsleep+shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. If verified, we will issue a replacement for the same item at no additional cost to you.
