Terms & Conditions (Consultation)

​​PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS​

  1. Payment of the invoice is necessary to hold your consultation date.

  2. If you wish to cancel after purchase, and it is less than 72 hours until the scheduled consultation, 75% of the payment will be refunded.

  3. There will be no cancellations or refunds given after the consultation takes place.

  4. If the client chooses to delay starting the sleep plan more than 1 month after the consultation, a new discussion will be required, and if the sleep plan requires amendments, additional fees may apply.

  1. The Sleep Consultant’s advice is not intended to be a substitute for medical opinion or treatment. The advice you receive from Naps & Sleep Consultant is to address common early childhood sleep issues that are unrelated to medical conditions.

  2. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health practitioner regarding any matters that may require medical attention or diagnosis, before following the advice and using the techniques described in Naps & Sleep Consultant program. Reliance on any information provided by Naps & Sleep Consultant is solely at your own risk.

  3. Naps & Sleep Consultant does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding consulting services provided. In no event, Naps & Sleep Consultant team be liable to you for any other claim, losses or damages.

  4. The advice given by Naps & Sleep Consultant aims to help get your child sleeping through the night and napping well. The level of success for your child is heavily dependent on following the sleep program developed for your child by Naps & Sleep Consultant. Failing to follow the customized sleep plan, or only using select components of the plan, will reduce the likelihood of success for your child.

  5. The customized sleep plan provided to you by Naps & Sleep Consultant is meant for your child, and it is not meant to be shared with a third party as a sleep plan for another child.

  6. Any changes you make to your child's sleeping or eating routines are your decision, Naps & Sleep Consultant may make suggestions of change, but you are responsible for choosing to implement them.

​INDEMNIFICATION​

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naps & Sleep Consultant and its partners from any and all claims, including but not limited to attorneys feeds, arising from or related to 

  1. content or information you provide

  2. Naps & Sleep Consultant’ use of information you provide; and 

  3. your breach of this Agreement.

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE & SHARING​

  1. You agree to let us contact you over phone, email and WhatsApp for the consultation, follow ups and taking feedback

  2. We only have access to collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily give us such as; name, address, phone, and billing information via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

  3. We will use your personally identifiable information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We may share your personally identifiable information with other members of our staff for consultative purposes to discuss your case. We will not share it with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to provide your services or mandated by law

  4. You allow us to use your case (after anonymization for privacy protection)  for illustration and educative purposed

  5. You allow us to use your feedback for illustration and educative purposes. Your personal identifiers will be removed​​​​​​

​​CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
  1. ​​You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped—whichever comes first. Please email us at 12north.in@gmail.com with your order number for cancellation

  2. If your order is cancelled in time, the full amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days

RETURNS
We currently accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Used products are not eligible for return.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1500.

Once shipped, you will receive shipping details about Delivery Partners and tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your package.​
